My iPad died and I now have the replacement, how do I move the data from the last time it was backed up to the new iPad?
Thanks!

Email FTM your customer ID to support@iscorecentral.com and include in your email the details of your request.

inaddition to what Dan said...
If you have Team web site subscriptions, the only way to completely migrate from an old device to a new device is by emailing FTM and having them do a behind the scene database duplication. (When you email FTM, please include your old device id and your new device id, they will need that. In addition to the email, go ahead and do an Options > Export on your new device so it gets registered with the FTM admin server. Once FTM does their thing, all you will need to do on your new device is a Options > Import. .
If you do not have any subscriptions ("Team web site' or 'player spot light' or MLB) you can manually migrate the data yourself if you know the old device id. Just do Option > Data Share > Get From Web Database from your new device.

Re: Old iPad to New iPad transfer
Thanks for the replies! I may not have to do anything though. I set up the iPad as a back-up of the previous one and it looks like everything is there, games/players/rosters and all.
At this point I think I just need to back up from this iPad and should be good to go.

Coach Mark -
not sure what you mean by
Do you have any team web site subscriptions?
If so, did they make the transition by your "back up setup method". If so, would be interested to learn how you did the back up set up. historically, my understanding is team sites are tied to device IDs and would not make the transition without FTM doing some backend server work. If your do have team web site and the new device is not able to update them, send an email to FTM with old and new device Id and they will fix it.
