iScorecast Invalid User ID

I use iScorecast all of the time from my iphone. When I am out of town I have my son score the game from his iphone. I am curently in China trying to watch iScorecast from his phone and get "Invalid User ID" when I try to log in with his User ID. This is the first time we are trying to use iScorecast from his phone.

Any advice would be appreciated.

Since this is the first time using it from his phone, it sounds like maybe it is either not enabled on his phone, or he has not started scoring any games with iScorecast enabled on his device. The first time you score a game with iScorecast enabled, the iScorecast account is established on our server. If he has any scored games already on the device, he can also go to Game Manager, select a game, and tap "i-ScoreCast Synchronize" to send that particular game up to the server. This will establish an account on the iScorecast server and you should no longer receive the error.

For future games, be sure iScorecast is turned ON on the Options screen of the device. It should be ON before you start scoring a game so the "Game Start" even is sent up to the iScorecast server.
