I too am wondering whether iScore will work seamlessly with the new OS4.0. Anyone brave enough to take the leap please let us know the result.

Seems to be working fine for me. I'll be scoring a live game tomorrow night, so I can report back later if something goes wrong.

Just scored a live game with iOS4 tonight, and everything worked fine. The only thing I noticed was that the Exit, Undo, Redo, and Tools buttons along the bottom of the main scoring screen are blue now instead of green. But everything worked perfectly.

I downloaded ios4, and noticed they were blue too. Next question though...the new ios 4 will allow you to resume a program where it left off when switching to another program (text messaging, phone calls, ,mail, etc.). I have noticed that when you switch programs (multi-tasking) by double clicking the button at the bottom, when you resume back to iscore, it actually starts the program at the beginning and you have to navigate back to your game.

Does anyone from the development team have any idea if any future version will have the ability to switch back to iscore where you were currently at within the program, instead of having to start at the iscore home screen as if you had actually closed the program?

Sometimes I get a phone call or text while scoring a game and then have to restart at the beginning after answering. With the new multi-tasking feature in ios 4, you are now able to resume instead of restart applications, as was necessary under the old os on the iPhone. I wonder if this will be possible in the future.

We will likely be adding the multi-tasking support to a future update.

First off, I just want to say that I love this iPhone app. You guys have done a great job with it, as well as a great job with updating the app as needed. Additionally, I love scoring MLB baseball games, and gladly forked over the money for the app itself, as well as the extra money to have access to all of the MLB rosters.

The only negative that I've maintained since I initially downloaded the app during Spring Training 2010, is that I can't create or respond to text messages or emails, or take or place a phone call without having to completely leave, and then re-start the app from the beginning. I realize that in the grand scheme of things this may seem to be a minor inconvenience, but with iOS 4, the ability/technology is available to alleviate these minor inconveniences. Almost as much as I love iScore Baseball, I absolutely love the "multi-tasking" feature that is now available with the iOS 4 software on the iPhone. As many prominent developers have already done, I really hope that you guys will allow us, as soon as possible, to utilize the new "multi-tasking" feature with your wonderful app.

Thanks.

Until then, you can put your phone into "Airplane Mode" to stop any interruptions from coming in.
