Data Share problem

Post by bcc69 » Tue Jun 22, 2010 6:30 am

I am trying to share data from my iphone to my ipad. When I enter the customer ID number and password of the iphone into the ipad, I'm getting an Invalid Customer ID or password message. I have done this many times, and this is the first time I'm getting this message. I have also tried to share data from my itouch and I'm getting the same message on my ipad. Thanks

Data Sharing is working for me... so Here are some trouble shooting tips.

#1 - Be sure you have good internet connections on both devices.

#2 - For Iphone to Ipad transfers - use OPTIONS > DATA SHAREING > GET FROM WEB DATABASE ...
(do not use Get via bluetooth for iPad to iPhone transfers. the bluetooth protocols do not work well for different device types.. due to Apples implementation of bluetooth, nothing to do with iscore. )

#3 - make sure you are putting the "other device" ID and password in.. ie if you are using the ipad and want to access the data exported from the iPhone, be sure to use your iPhone Id and password.
- double check you have the right active passoword on each device and pay attention to upper and lower case..
- check device/user ID and Password at OPTIONS > ADMIN WEBSITE

See if that solves your problems and report back...
