Viewing batter and on-deck in
Viewing batter and on-deck in
The training video shows you can swipe the box score out of the way to reveal the batter and on-deck batter info. When I do this all I see is a blank area. Do I need to turn on a setting somewhere? I also see a left and right arrow indicating another screen, but I can only toggle between the blank screen and the box score. Should there be more?
Re: Viewing batter and on-deck in
The blank screen probably has the pencil and paper icon on the right. That is where you take notes on a play. Swipe to the right (to look at the screens to the left) and that should take you to the box score. Swipe once more to the right and you should see the batter and on-deck info.

The pencil and paper icon on my iPad is on the bottom of the screen. When I swipe the box score screen to the left, all I see is a blank area with arrows on the top left and right of the blank area.

Re: Viewing batter and on-deck in
The training video you are referring to was for the iPhone. On the iPad, you can see who is at bat and on deck at all times just by looking at the lineups for each team which are always visible. The current batter for each team is always highlighted and there is an arrow next to the batter. You would know the on deck and following batters because they are right after the current batter.
as an fyi... we have put a few new short video training clips up at http://iscorecentral.com/baseball/training.php" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; that were created for the iPad (but just as with the other videos, they typically apply to both versions of the product with some minor variations). They are also broken into small segments as users have requested.
