Trouble logging into Website

Hi,
I posted the website and then called one of the coaches to have him take a look at it. We have password protected the statistics.
He could not get past the "Enter Password" page. He was using internet explorer....I use Firefox.

I tried it on internet explorer and cannot log in either with this browser....don't know if it is a coincidence or not. Thought I'd check to see if anyone else had this problem. It won't log into the site or to the statistics page with IE.

We have not had any issues with different browsers (we use IE, Mozilla, Safari on Windows and Macs)... the password works with them all.

The passwords are case sensitive, so be careful with that. And remember there are two different passwords that can be used - one is the Admin Website password (which you can find in the Options -> Admin Website on your device), and the other is the "Guest Password" which is something you can set by going to the Settings page as the Administrator of your website.

a recall a prior post that suggested that you do not make the admin and the guest password the same. sometimes that created strange behavior.

Mine started working when I dropped my cookie setting down to medium
I will check on the other coach tomorrow.

Cookie settings was the problem. If set to medium high or above in internet explorer, it would not allow a log-in on the site.
