Just added the Team Website to share stats with the team & their fans/families, as it really is an easy way to share them. However I stumbled into a bug that needs to be addressed.
1) We had a incident with a parent and that lead to the removal of the player from the team after 1 tournament (4games). That player had participated and has stats in 4 games.
After viewing the newly purchased TEAM website & the ROSTER PAGE, I did not want to offend anyone I chose to delete the player from the roster thru the admin web page. And was pleased that the Team site listed only the players that was on the admin site. After that I tried to export my info from my iphone and that lead to the CAN NOT EXPORT from my iPhone and to 2 hours of banging my head until I re-listed the player on the admin page where I deleted them and then tried exporting info again it worked fine.
I do not want to lose any stats wise but wish I could have a feature (in the ADMIN WEB PAGE) that can check "ACTIVE PLAYER" and that only checked players will show up on the Roster Page on the TEAM website (Leaving the non-active player stats in the statistics pages).
2) Just a wish..... Also playing in League and Tournaments, it would be nice to be able to seperate those in the stats by having a pull down (ALL , League, Tournaments, Etc...)

Re: Team Website Roster page and ACTIVE PLAYERS
The "can not export" really should have been a coincidence. You should be able to remove the player. Actually, if you just remove the player from the Team Roster on your device and then Export, the website should not show that player on the Team Website. It only shows players that are currently on the Team Roster.
If that is not working for you, please email us directly at support@iscorecentral.com with your Customer ID, and we can take a look.
We will be adding a dropdown allowing viewers to select the league to view data for soon. For now, the Admin can set the league to be viewed from the Settings page.
Thank you.

1) there is a way to "hide" you inactive player from the team website .
(will explain below)
2) a way to show which ever league you want, League and Tournaments, individual and/or combined Today. currently only the team web site admin can set which league to show, but soon, the user will be able to self select if you want. (will explain more below)
on #1
If i understand your situation correctly...you have a player on the team for some games, but is now no longer around and you want to remove him from the Team Website roster and cumulative stats. That can be done, but he will not be removed from the stats and play by play for dgames he specifically played in. this is the same thing that happens when you have a pick up player for a weekend tourney. you want them in the game specific record, but not the overall team web site roster and cumulative stats.
What you do is very simple, Remove the 'pick up player' from the team roster on your handheld device. Then EXPORT your data. The Team Website Roster is built off the TEAM MANAGER ROSTER, not the individual game line ups.

Set up a seperate league in league manager for each way you want to view the stats, ie LEAGUE GAMES, TOURNEY GAMES, Go through each game for the team and assign the game to the appropriate league, (games can be assigned to multiple leagues too).. Now on the team Web site you can log in as an admin and under settings set which stats you want to show, All of just for a specific league. as FTM mentioned, in the near future, the user will be able to choose from a drop down box and select them selves, but currently only the admin can do that...

Re: Team Website Roster page and ACTIVE PLAYERS
OhioTex,
Can a game be assigned to a newly created league after the game is scored? I.E. a game is scored in league 2010 but later I want to break out the weekend games only. So can I add a 4/10 league, go back to that weekends game, assign the games to that league, turn off 2010, then generate a weekends stats? Or does the league and assignment have to be made prior to scoring a game?
thanks,
Dan

Re: Team Website Roster page and ACTIVE PLAYERS
YES, games/league assignments can made at any time before, durring or after - very flexible.
Also individual games can be assigned to multiple leagues (not limited to a game in only one league).
Also leagues can be renamed to be more descriptive too, like to add 2009 to the leagues imade last year
Remember, you have to go game by game and assign games to league(s).
then turn on/off league(s) to filter the stats to what you want to see when you view "team stats", .. you only get stats of the combination of leagues that are turned on
Make sense. This is somewhat hard to describe, but pretty easy and very powerful.
