Having trouble signing into Setting on Team Site

Having trouble signing into Setting on Team Site

I am logging into my settings page but it is not working? What could be wrong?

We are going to respond directly to your email. You can always update your Admin Team Website password by updating your Admin Website password through iScore (Options->Admin Website). The passwords will be the same.
