That is the right page, game settings.
But by the picture, looks like you are on an android device
Unfortunately, at thia time, the android version of iscore baseball does not have the simultaneous sub option that we have on IOS devices.
Here is a forum post by support on the topic

Fastpitch softball ..Nice.
I assumed Baseball.. because of your baseball league reference. But if you want to become more informed and help train others on Fastpitch official scoring standards, here are some great resources....
First, make sure you follow my co-moderator TEAM MOM's excellent posts. I score fast pitch softball and baseball, but TEAM MOM is really focused on fastpitch softball. She always has good iScore and Fastpitch scoring tips/help.
Second, for Fastpitch Scoring education, there is a "classic" 1999 reader friendly document by Jeri Findlay, with the National (USA) Fastpitch Coaches Association - "Beyond the Basics of Scoring Fastpitch Softball". although this PDF is a bit dated, it has held the test of time and is a great trainer.
TEAM MOM recommends it often as a must read for new fastpitch scorekeepers.

third, the NCAA rule book, section 14 is a more current resource for fastpitch scoring guidelines. By its nature, it is rule based and less reader friendly read than above, But I recommend you give it a very detailed read too as it is highly referenced in softball fastpitch leagues.

* P.S.> you will also want to read rule 12.23 "occupying a base" ... it may help explain how you picked up "occupied" in your notes. As said in my original reply,, Occupied would not be used to reference to score a base advance, and why you will not see it in iScore options. but I thought you may want to read the paragraph in the rules to get the context of how occupied is used in baseball and softball.
* P.S 2 > the NCAA rules are also referenced for professional fastiptch softball league in USA as well as international world cup of softball and USA olympic softball games who follow NCAA rules with some modifications.
Lastly, I have listed a number of softball rule book resources in another thread but those above are the most critical i think for you . I just provide this link for completeness viewtopic.php?f=17&t=11399#p46361
