Web Page Enhancement Requests

Hi guys!

Baseball season is now coming!
It's so nice to this product again only with so much improvements since last season!

anyhow, this team website feature can be something truly amazing.
We use http://www.eteamz.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; to organize our team photos, stats, and game schedules etc but the fact that you can automatically upload the score from iScore after each game, this can potentially be one of the best features for lots of people.

I understand you made this team website very simple so everyone can use it.

But there are a few things I think you can add to make this feature so much more useful.

*Linking to Picasa Photo Album. SInce you already have a Google Calendar thing working, I assume adding another google product syncing wouldn't be too bad? I think some people suggested that you can upload multiple photos. Since dozens of pictures are taken each game and it'll be impossible to upload one by one.
Also, Picasa will automatically resize the images which will keep the website smaller and cleaner.
And lastly, you get to keep all the game photos separate from one game to another. By using Picasa albums, that should be very simple.

*Message board feature? Maybe similar to this forum system but it'd be great if team can communicate upon specific topics.

Just quickly,
I was testing things around. With HTML editor on the home page, I could easily embed Picasa albums.
I am wondering if you could give the option of having HTML editor on Photo section as well?
Then you can directly link the picasa album. see this test page..

Picassa integration is a great idea. We will look to create a simple way to do this in the future - most likely on the "Photos" tab much the same way we did with the "Calendar" tab where you can choose to use the built in functionality, or linked functionality.

I second the picasa and forum requests. We have already made the switch from eteams to iScore. The ability for near real-time stats was justification alone. The old way (book to spreadsheet) took days. Now our stats are on-line as soon as I can get a wi-fi connection.

We have added a way to embed a picassa web album into the "Photos" section... you can log in as the administrator on your site, and you will see that option now.

You guys are so amazing. That's why we love your product!

I think you can make pretty good business with this website features. There are plenty of team websites out there. the big advantage for you is that we can instantly upload stats and scores into the website.
I hope you continue improving the website features. This will push the sales of iScore app and then iScore sales will push the web site users too. You guys deserve it.

Hi FTM,

I have a couple of things I'd like to be able to do with my website, but either they aren't available yet or I don't know how to do them. If they aren't available, hopefully they can be added; on the other hand, I am a bit of a website/HTML noob, so forgive me if this is already something that can be done.

The first thing seems simple enough - is there a way to add additional pages to the website? For instance, a fields page, a training page, a links page (or whatever)? And, if so, is there a way to add additional buttons to the left side navigation? I suppose this all could be as simple as adding a Links button/drop-down menu to the nav buttons where you can provide links to outside web content or pages, but I do think the ability to add some limited number of extra "pages" to the website would be very nice.

The second thing comes from my struggle to create a banner for my site (http://www.iscorebaseball/bandits" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;). I put up a graphic that I like, but it looks different on different computers, depending on the size of the screen and display settings. I would like the "Bandits" image to display ONCE and be centered across the top of the page, no matter what the display size or settings of the user's computer are. Is there a way to do this? As it is now, some people get that, while others get the beginning of the image repeated to the right of their screen. I have no idea whether this is a simple or complex technical request, but it is something I would very much like to see, if possible.

if you change the "Logo" under settings, it will only appear once in the heading section. The "Background Image" will repeat to fill the available space.

We will look for ways to allow adding of additional pages in the future. For now, the "home page" is your scratchpad area to put any HTML you want in, but we will see if we can come up with a way to add additional pages as well.

Thank you FTM. I've fixed the logo issue (and feel a bit dumb for not figuring that out).

Thanks again for your consideration of adding the ability to add more pages/nav buttons to the website. I realise this may not happen for a while, but do think it would be a useful enhancement.
