Stats turned off but still can be seen

Post by murf1224 » Thu Jul 07, 2016 11:36 am

We have statistics set to Do Not Show Cumulative Stats, but when parents click on the link from Twitter that takes them to data.iscorecentral.com, they can still see game stats and cumulative stats. Coaches are fine with game stats, but cumulative stats are turned off. How can we make it so they cannot be seen.

Thank you!

( i assume you are talking about viewing the web iscorecast on a computer, laptop or mobile web not talking about viewing on the Iscore central viewer APP)

I just tested this on one of my teams and games. And functionilty seemed to work as expected. I was able to toggle back snd forth, showing cumulstive stats and not --specifically dashes in the career stats line .

Let's walk through steps and make sure On same page

To set the "do not show cumulative stats"

1) Log onto my.iscorecentral.com (aka admin site)
Make sure you are logging in with the correct device id and password ( u find on device at Option> Admin web site > )
Must be the device scoreing the game.
(Potentially why not working for u - if wromg id)

Once logged into admin site go to Settings menu ( yellow link top right of page)

Set statistics drop down box to "do not show cumulative stats" And save ( must save)
( if it was not already selected, that would explain the prior issue. Setting not saved)

Now go to a previously scored game and test - load abd hit replay

I assume you are talking about viewing on a web browser the iscore cast .. A url somthing like

http://data.iscorecentral.com/iscorecas ... =xxxxxxxxx

Let us know if that solved issue
