The app records total 3-2 counts and counts the number of positive and negative outcomes. After 2 games I have one pitcher with T32 of 11 with E32+ of 4 E32- of 4. Why don't they add up to 11 or am I not interpreting that correctly?
Also, what is meant by a neutral outcome from a 3 2 count?

Not seeing yoiur game data- bit hard to know precisely .. but One common reason why they could not add up could be due to Reach on Error.
