Socreboard Code

Post by seabass67 » Sun Apr 10, 2016 5:31 pm

I am using the iFrame code to put the iScore links on my website (non-iscore website). The code shows up fine, but two issues.

1. The first game is not showing up.

2. On the scoreboard ribbon, it shows the last game and you have to scroll all the way back to the beginning. Is that the default and is there a way to change that?

Thanks

If there is a game that is not showing, go to Game Manager in iScore, select it, and select iScorecast Synchronize to send it up to the iScorecast server again.

The order of the games is always "most recently updated" is listed first.

When you say 'most recently updated', does that mean when a game is completed, it should be the first one that shows up. Because we just finished a game and we have to scroll through the whole schedule to get to it.

Are you pre-loading your season schedule? We definitely suggest not doing that for several reasons ... one is the scoreboard, but another is if you have changes to your roster (players added/removed throughout the season), and you have already created your games, the lineup for the games will not be correct. You can remove the future scorecasts by going to Game Manager, selecting the game, and selecting the Delete iScorecast option.

I deleted the rest of the games and only have the next one in the schedule in iScore. I exported all data to the server. The games that were deleted are still showing up in the scoreboard ribbon. Am I missing a step to update the data?

Deleting the game itself and deleting the iScorecast are two different things. There is a delete iScorecast option on the Game Info screen, but if you have already deleted the games, you won't be able to get to that screen. For those games, you can still remove the iScorecasts by following the instructions here:
