Winning pitcher question

High school baseball picther goes 6 complete and leaves the game with a 1 run lead. Top of 7th opposition ties the score bottom of 7th batter hits walk off homer. Which pitcher gets the win. I think reliever but want the right answer from you smart guys

This is described in NFHS rule book, and if you follow those rules then yes.
Reliever blew the save but got the win. No decision for starter.

The same is true in mlb if you are taking 8th and 9th innings.
Closers can blow the save, be on the hook for the loss, Starters can get no decision and closer get bailed out by offense in the bottom Half of inning
