Transfer from IPad to IPhone

I have an old IPad hat I need to transfer all data to my iPhone. I have one of the first generation iPad and I'm operating on version 5.1

I can't seem to transfer data....... Help please

The instructions here do not work for me. It says I first need to register my newer device, but there is no place to do this. I already have an email (same one for both devices) showing up on my admin page. When I go to the email sent to that email address a year ago when I first started using iScore, it says my account is inactive until I visit a specific page, but the page it sends me to is simply the forums page when I click on the link from my newer device but using the same original email. I've somehow managed to begin sharing data on my newer device, but only one game is showing up. I don't appear to have two devices registered but I really have no idea at this point.

The steps in the previous link work to transfer a database from one device to another when you register both devices to the same email address.
