Unsuccessful Export

Unsuccessful Export

Any ideas how to fix an export problem with my ipad?

I have not changed any of my login credentials or devices.

Yesterday after our game, I attempted to export the game stats to the iscore team website I received the following message.


Unsuccessful

rror code during upload - 3

I kept resetting and finally got the export to say successful, but when I check the website....the stats or game info is not there.

I checked my Customer ID and my Admin User ID and they match.

Any ideas?

Unsuccessful Export would be caused by a poor internet connection.

Once you get a successful message, any team website associated with the device you export from should be updated.

If you can email us the URL of your team website and your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com, we can check to see if we find any issues with your data.
