Multiple IPads - Single Team?

Thanks in advance - I coach a 9/10 year old team. I have iSocre on my iPad which we will use to score most games. But - this iPad won't be at every single game. How do i deal with this? Is there a way to not have to re enter all the players and create a new team for each device? And - at the end of the season - I'd rather not have game stats on 2 or more devices. Can game data be merged from two or more iPads into one account / team, one the original device and then processed, etc.?
