Post by Rschnabl » Wed Mar 11, 2015 5:02 pm

I see games under the scorecast but can not see the stats. I can not export games or see the stats. What am I doing wrong?

Where are you trying to see stats? on your device? Do you see the games in Game Manager?

I'm having the same issue. I hadn't touched iscore since the end of last season. All games and stats were fine then. When I went to look at the start of the spring, scorecasts were still there, but the second half of our season was missing - games, stats, etc.

Is there a way to recover those since the scorecasts are still there?

Be sure to check League Manager and that the ALL league is turned ON. Then check Game Manager and see if your games are there.

If they are not, you can still recover by following these steps:

1) Go to the Options screen in iScore on your device and press Data Sharing, then select "Get from Web Database"

2) For customer ID enter "sc:XXXXX" - replace the XXXXX with the Customer ID from your device (do not include the quotes and be sure to include the sc: )

3) For Password, enter the password from the Options -> Admin Website screen on your device

4) Press Login to see the games that can be recovered and select them to load them onto your device.
