Machine Reset - How Do I Access Data

Machine Reset - How Do I Access Data

My iPad crashed and I had to reinstall everything from scratch. Realised a new Customer ID has been assigned. How do I access the data from old machine to new account. Can't login to old customer ID - I know the ID, but password lost in upgrade, and there doesn't seem to be any way to retrieve it. Please help - team waiting on stats.

If you registered your device to an email address, you can register the new account to the same email address, and then use data transfer as described here:

If that does not help, if you can do an Export with your NEW account, and email us at support@iscoresports.com with your old and new customer ID, we can transfer the data for you.
