Re Game Information reaching the BBF

I have been scoring games on I SCORE on my tablet now and completed 8 games.
Each week I go into
Game Manager then I choose
Discover
Sports Ngin
Enter my user name and password
and then I choose BBF
On the screen will be the games I need to score that weekend so I import them to my tablet
The tutorial on the BRITISH BASEBALL FEDERATION instructs you to score the game and then go into options and Export by doing this the BBF should be able to see the game I have scored and they then can show this on their website.
I have checked their website and I do not think they are receiving my games (only the other teams scorers stats are on there)
What am I doing wrong?
