website and app don't match

Two years ago, I bought the iscore baseball app for my iphone and created a website for the team.
Last year, I moved to an iPad mini and repurchased the iScore app for that device. I created a new website for the team.
This year, I am using the same iPad mini but renewed my original website instead of the one I created last year.
Now the software on my iPad mini and the website are not connected and I cannot figure out how to change setting to align the old website with the newer app.
Is there a way to make this work and, if not, can I get my $19.99 back so I can start from scratch again with a new team website?

You need to log into your admin account for the old device. If you dont know this info, FTM may be able to help.

From the admin page, go to account tab. There you can change the device that the website connects with.
