Some stats not returned by API

Some stats not returned by API

I'm calling playerstats.php through the API for our softball team. I'm getting the correct stats for most of the players but for one, the at bats (bat_ab) aren't returning for one of them. The player in question has values for plate appearances (bat_pa) and strike outs (bat_ko_looking and bat_ko_swinging) so I believe there should be some at bats being returned. Also, the at bats show on the team site.

Any idea what might be causing this issue? Let me know what info I can provide to easily troubleshoot the issue.
