export failed

export failed

everytme i have tried to export in last month or so i get a message saying export failed...what may i be doing wrong

If you are getting an export failed now, it is likely a network connectivity issue from your device. We would suggest making sure you are on a WiFi connection for the best connection possible. You can try powering the device completely off and back on to re-establish your internet connection, then try doing the Export. We have done extensive testing in this regard over the last few days with extremely large databases, and everything seems to be working fine from our end.

Another thing we have seen for some people is if you are at a school trying to do an export over their WiFi, sometimes their firewalls will block it because it is a large data transfer. Be sure whatever network you are connected to does not have any firewall restrictions like this.
