Exporting from ipad to website

Exporting from ipad to website

I posted this in Ipad section, but I think it should be here. I can not get my data exported from my Ipad to iscorecentral . I have games scored and i export them. Then I go to manage data. Copy from and copy to but the device is not showing up. It shows up on the "registered devices" page though.
