Post by LetitiaD » Wed May 15, 2013 2:31 pm

my team has played several games this season & all but one game has uploaded to the website. How can I get the remaining game uploaded (subsequent games have uploaded without issue)

If you have one game in the middle of a group of games that is not appearing on your Team Website, then it sounds like you created a duplicate team and scored for that duplicate team instead of the one your Team Website is associated with (assuming you actually see the game on your device). You can merge the duplicate teams by going to League Manager and making sure the All league is ON, then go to Team Manager, and use the Merge option from there. See the following link in the iScore documentation for more information on merging teams:

I uploaded 5 games from yesterday. I had a girl show up for the last 2 games and I put her in no problem. I exported the games and she shows up under the individual games but not under the main "statistics" column. I realized she was not added to the roster so that's probably why...is there anything I can do now or is too late?

Add her to the roster in Team Manager and then export again and her stats will appear with the rest of the team.

Thanks. I tried that but it didn't work.

Is there anything else I can do short of deleting the 2 games she was In and rescoring manually?

If you have her in the Team Roster, and you also see her in the Game Lineup, then her stats should appear. If they are not appearing, you may have created a duplicate. You can follow the instructions at the following link to try and fix this:

viewtopic.php?f=5&t=6191&p=27662#p27662" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
