Data Sharing

Post by Mustang » Tue May 07, 2013 9:41 pm

My scorekeeper uploaded the latest game to the online web database. I went to pull it down from the web database to my local device, however, when it asks for a customer I'd and password of the remote device, I put in the remote device customer I'd/password and I get a invalid ID/password message. Does he have to set a different password somewhere that is different than his device password? We have set up identical passwords on the two devices.

He just has to set the password on the Options -> Admin Website screen of his device and share that with you. He should set the password to something simple. The most common issues are case sensitivity and leading/trailing spaces.
