Pitch Count Incorrect

Post by Dazemke » Sat May 04, 2013 1:25 pm

Our league plays with a 3 balls 2 strike count. I set it up in the options screen for each game. During the game I give the pitch count to the coach in between innings. I am finding out the pitch count I am giving is higher than the actual pitches thrown. When the game is over the pitch count under the pitchers stats is lower than the pitch count during the in game scoring. I have gone back to the pitch by pitch summary and counted the pitches thrown and it matches the pitchers end of game stats. Is there a setting I am missing? One pitcher it was off by 10 and the second pitcher was off by 20. Both pitchers from each team pitched the entire game. There were no relief pitchers used.

If you can do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID and details of which game / pitcher is showing a discrepancy, we can take a look at your data. Email the information to support@ iscoresports.com and we can take a look.
