Transferring information from Admin site to iPad

I'm new to iScore and love it so far. I like the Admin website as I'm a little faster at navigating using a full keyboard and monitor than on my iPad. I entered a bunch of information for teams and players on my iPad already and I see that data all shows up on the Admin site, but when I added some player information and pictures to the Admin website, I can't figure out how to get the data on the iPad to update to show the new data I added. How can this be done?

The steps to entering information on the Admin Website are:

1. Do an Options -> Export from iScore on your device to send the data from your device to the iScore Server

2. Log in to the Admin Website (http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) and make your changes

3. Do an Options -> Import from iScore on your device to retrieve the information that was entered on the Admin Website
