Who gets an assist?

I was watching New Mexico State at Oklahoma and wasn't sure how to score a play. Runner on second. Sacrifice bunt down 3rd base line. Runner on second advances to third. 3rd baseman throws to first, ball hits the ground and glove of first baseman simultaneously, just in foul territory. Batter safe at first. Ball is minimally deflected and slowed slightly. Runner heads for home. 2nd baseman picks up the ball, throws to the catcher, for a tag out at the plate. Is the out at home 5-3-4-2, 5-4-2 or 4-2?

4-2 with a throwing error on 3B to allow batter to reach first is how I would score it
