Roster not exporting

Roster not exporting

After creating a new season, making it active and successfully exporting, the updated roster is not showing up on my team website. Still shows last years roster and new players do not show up.

Sounds like you either have a new device, or created a new team.

If you have a new device (different than the device you purchased the Team Website with), then follow the instructions at this link to change the team website to your new device:

If you have a new Team, then follow the instructions at this link to change the team website to pull from your new team:

Tried both, but team website not showing on old or new device when I try your suggestions. On admin site, I do see my new league is active, but still no new roster on team site. All of the old leagues and games, etc were successfully added to this iPad so I'm not sure why only the website is not updating

I would just go and create a new team website, but I just paid the 20 to renew the site.

If the team website is not showing on the Admin Website of your old or new account, then it sounds like it was created from yet another device.

Sounds like you did not assign the old web site to the new team on new device successfully. I would sign onto admin site and do that again.
