Have noticed this happening quite often. I see a small number in a white circle with a green ring around it that appears over home plate and blocks the catcher's number. This usually begins the second time through the lineup. Can someone tell me what this number is for?
Thanks in advance.

Does this occur on the device itself or when viewing on iscorecast?

Oh.. it sounds like you are talking about the hit location indicator. Maybe you had a bunt for that player? or did not enter a hit location? so it would show the previous at bat hit location as being right on top of home plate?
