Renewing website, changing device?

Post by Howboys37 » Wed Aug 29, 2012 3:30 pm

After using iscore for my son's team including the website feature for the past year, we have decided to change teams. They want to continue to use iscore. Do they just simply renew the website and/or what else needs to be done once they download the app to their own device?

Thank you in advance.

They can renew the website if they want to continue using the same one, and you can transfer the website to their new Customer ID. First you should let them transfer the data for their games to the new device using the instructions here:

Then you can transfer the website itself to their new Customer ID by following the instructions here:

Can they just renew the website and access the stats from previous seasons, then purchase app for new device and start over from there?

Yes, that will work fine as long as you leave all the old data on your device as well (the device the website is currently attached to).
