Players download as new every time from Iscore server

Players download as new every time from Iscore server

I have been using IScore this summer with great success for my son's 17U baseball team. Iscore is far superior to products which other teams are using. Others appear to be lightweight...

Question: I score the games on my iPad then upload to the Iscore server, then my coach downloads the games to his iPad. He says 2 of the players on our roster download as new players everytime he downloads from the Iscore server. The players have been on the team all season. How can he make it so the players don't show up as new players every time he downloads a game?

As long as it is the "same players" (i.e. creating two players with the same name are not really the "same player" as we keep internal IDs), then the players should not show up as new each time.

If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID and let us know two games where this happened, we can try importing on devices here to see what is going on.
