I can not figure this out at all

Post by Rschnabl » Mon Jul 02, 2012 5:28 pm

I had a parent enter stats on the website. When u download the games on my iPhone it works fantastic. The only problem is that two of my players are in the game summary but not the team stats page. I suspect that names were not entered correct but I can not figure out how to fix them. Can someone look at this for me. I am lost

It sounds like you have created the same player twice. Follow the directions here to merge the players back into a single player:

That did not work. I am sure it has something to do with how she put roster in. The players that it is not picking up added players. I have no players in the player manager

Be sure to go to League Manager and put a check next to the All league, then look in player manager. If you are still showing no players, then you have likely deleted the players, and the previous link will step your through undeleting players as well.

Is it possible that the parent added players in the line-up screen and didn't save the line-up to the roster? FTM's advice should still work, provided that the mis-entered names are close enough that you can identify them and merge them, but if a player is added in the line-up screen, and the line-up is not saved to roster, then that player will not show up on the Roster or Statistics section of website (though they would in the stats for the reported game in the Games tab of the website).

I have no players in the player manager. When I look at the line up in the game they ate all there but when I cumulate and look at all of them I am missing two of them. I can't figure out why
