Imported and erased all unexported games

I had a few games on my device that I had not exported. I was going to import some games but over looked the warning that it would replace all data on my device. Is there a way to get those deleted games back? I had actually emailed them to a friend and I can see some games on the score cast. Have i lost all those games? I appreciate any advice, on top of the fact I will be exporting after all future games now.

If you used iScorecast for the games, then you can recover the games by using Data Sharing. Go to Options -> Data Sharing -> Get from Web Database.

For Customer ID, enter "sc:XXXXX" (include the "sc:" and replace XXXXX with the actual customer ID from your device)

For Password, enter the password as seen on the Options -> Admin Website screen.

When you log in, it will list all iScorecasts that are not currently on your device and allow you to import the game back to your device.

You know, i have sat back and seen posts and replies on this message board. I have never had to actullly had to ask for help until now. You guys/gals are simply amazing with your replies and help. If you havent been given a " that a boy/girl" thanks...you deserve one and more often.

I tried to get my data back. I have exported, but all my data is gone after I changed leagues. Is there a way to get my data back. It shows the games on scorecast under my website, but I have nothing on my device or online.

The first thing to check is to go to League Manager and make sure you have the All league selected, then go back to Game Manager and see if your games are there.

All is checked, but I deleted two leagues. I think it is impossible to retrieve the data.

If you do an Options -> Export and email your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com we can take a look at your data.
