Player Headshots

Post by RoundingThird » Thu Apr 26, 2012 9:57 am

I was working with the player headshot of one of my players and now have a photo. Thing is I'd like to remove the picture but I can't seem to find where to do it? Is it possible to remove the players headshot?

You can not remove a photo, but you can change it. Select an "empty" picture if you would like, or right click on our "silhouette" photo for another player, do a Save As, then select that photo for your player.

When I look at another players card there is no silohete. Just a message stating No additional player information available. The reason I want to remove it is I was printing out player stat sheets and it puts the players picture on each of their sheets. That's a lot of ink I was hoping to avoid that.

If you can email us your Customer ID (found on Options screen) and which player it is, we can remove the photo for you. Or you can set it to a plain white image which should not use any ink.

When you upload over a pic, if you are not seeing the update, it is likely a browser cache issue. After a few hours the cache will clear on its own, but if you clear your browser cache manually, you will see the updated picture right away.

If you log in to the Admin Website (http://my.iscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;) and select your team, does it show the right images for the players?

Sorry to be late in replying, fixed it right after I posted last comment.

I removed iscore website from "Compatibility View Settings" in IE8. The upload screen was larger and new photos appeared.

thx
