iPad - Lost Data - iScore Baseball

Post by Gwgilber » Mon Apr 16, 2012 4:10 pm

I lost all data on my iPad. I imported what I had previously Exported. I see some games in Scorecasts that were not yet Exported. Can I somehow Import those into my data?

Yes, you can import iScorecasts back to your device. To do so, go to Options -> Data Sharing -> Get from Web Database. For Customer ID, enter "sc:XXXX" where XXXX is the customer ID from your device (and be sure to include the "sc:" but not the quotes to let the server know you are importing from a scorecast). For password, enter the password that is set for the device on the Options -> Admin Website screen. This will then show all iScorecasts that are not currently on your device and you can import the game from there.

A good reminder to all that you should export after EVERY game.
