I have a player who's stats are sometimes going to my website and other times, nothing. Same player, when I look at his game stats on the iscore for the game we just played, his stats are there. But they aren't getting exported to the website. We just played a double header, one of the games his stats were on the website, the other, no stats. Next game, no stats for him again.
He shows up on the team website for game stats and boxscore, but does not show up for season stats. When I click on him for the games, it says he does not show up in team database. Although, most of the games there is no problem.

This would be one of four things:
1. You have two copies of the player on your device and are sometimes using one and sometimes the other. To check this, go to League Manager, make sure the All league is selected, then go back to Player Manager and see if you have the player listed twice. If so, you can use the Merge function to combine them back into one.
2. You have created two copies of the player and deleted one of them. There should never really be a reason to delete a player from your device. If you have done this, you can do an Export and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com and let us know what player it is and we can see if we can undelete the player for you.
3. The player is not in your currently active league. Checking the All league as described in step 1 would fix this
4. You are adding the player to your game Lineup, but not to the Team Roster. Only players on the Team Roster will appear in cumulative stats. Any player that played in a game will appear in Game Stats whether they are on your roster or not.
