Player card not working in Player Manager only in games

I used my ipad2 last year with no problems keeping stats. I then started a new softball season this spring and searched how to best do that. I made some kind of mistake because this year's stats for games are not showing up on player card under Player manager. The team stats and player card work when accessed through a game we have played.

What I did to start the new season was create a new league called 2a . . .district..2012. I then added the teams, and put in my players for this year. As I encounter a new team in the district, I put in their players once I know their names from their line-up. Both teams' player cards work from player manager we have played so far just not my own team's.

Any ideas on how to see this year's player card stats would be great.

Oh, another fact, their stats show up for last year and this year's when I select "all leagues" but I want to be able to see just this year's independently, that is why I set up a new league with this year as part of the name.
