Iscorebaseball website

One of my parents created a website from our http://www.myiscorecentral.com" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;, it is not updating the website with our players and stats... What am I missing

Team Websites will update any time you do an Options -> Export from the device associated with the website. If you email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of the team website, and the Customer ID of the device (found on Options screen), we can take a look at your data.
