Switching leagues on website?

Post by Royce in ATL » Tue Mar 06, 2012 12:49 pm

My team has gone from Fall to Spring season. I created a new league and now have new games in that league. When I sync with the website the new games are not showing. I went into the settings on the site and changed the new league to the default. Re-synced and exported all info. Yet the new games and stats do not show on the website.

What do I do?

Did you assign the new league to the team yet? You would do this in Team Manager on your device or from the Admin website.

Can you be more simple for those of us who are simple? : >

I'm not seeing the option to link the team to the league on my iPad or on the website.

On my iPad I can go to the Team List and see all the stats for the team. The only league selected is the Spring 2012. Only those three games played this season show in the Game Manager but on the website only the games played in Fall are there.

I went into the settings on the site and set the 2012 Spring as the default league.

Hmmmm

Did you happen to get a new device? A team website does not automatically know about a new device - you would have to notify us to make the change. If you can do an Options -> Export from your device and email us at support@iscoresports.com with the URL of your team website and the Customer ID of your device (found on Options screen in iScore), we can look at your data to see what is going on.

I will send you the information. Only on the website it's showing last updated as today but the games and stats from new league are not there.

Go to Team Manager, select the team you are looking for, select Leagues and then make sure there is a check next to the 2012 Spring league. If not, select that league, back out and go to Options and Export.

The Spring 2012 is the only league selected. This is really strange. When I go to stats the lineup shows all the correct players but zero games played. Just as under the games on the website it shows no games played.

The issue is only the one Fall league is showing up in the drop down menu. How can I toggle between all leagues?

Go to Team Manager, select your team, select Leagues, and put check marks next to any leagues you want to be available on your team website. The league must be assigned to the TEAM to appear on the team website.

This is done on the device, not on the team website.
