sync

Post by tonistoy » Tue Feb 07, 2012 1:50 pm

I didn't realize that I had the synchronization turned on, on my ipad and when I was connected with wifi it synced but now the game doesn't show up on my ipad. How can I get the game back?

Games are never removed from your device. The sync just keeps a backup on the iScore servers. If you are not seeing a game that you had created, and you did not delete the game, then chances are you have turned off the League the game is in. Go to League Manager, and make sure there is a Check next to the "All" league. You should then see all your games listed in Game Manager.

For more information on effective use of Leagues, here is a reference (and be sure to click the link back into the forum from this page for even more information on League usage):

Ok hope this doesn't sound too stupid. But in the frustration of trying to find the game I may have deleted the league. How do I find out what the name of the league was that I originally used?

There is not a way to know the name of a league you previously deleted, but by selecting the "All" league, it will show all games regardless of the league they are assigned to. You can always create new leagues at any time as well and assign games to that new league if you would like.

Still don't see the game. When I log into the admin website it's there. Any other suggestion? Thanks,

If you do an Options -> Export and email us your customer ID to support@iscoresports.com we can look at your data. We will be able to tell if you deleted the game.
