Line up/stats changed on ending game

The proper line up was correct while scoring my daughters softball game, correct batting order was displayed and balls and strikes were attributed to the correct players. After the game, went to check out the stats and there were players with stats listed that didn't even play in the game until much later in the game. My daughters stats says she was skipped for 4 innings! Has this been reported before? Help!

It sounds like instead of using "substitutions", you were likely changing the starting lineup to put players in. The starting lineup should not be changed once it has been set. Substitutions are done by tapping players and putting in their replacements. Training Video 3 at this URL shows the correct way to do substitutions:

You can fix this for your game by going to Game Manager, selecting the game, selecting Pitch by Pitch, tap Edit next to Starting lineup, and set the lineup to the players that actually started the game. Next, scroll to the events where substitutions occurred, and tap Edit next to Substitutes, an sub in the correct players. All stats will then be associated with the correct players.

By using Starting Lineup to try and do subs, you are actually telling iScore that the players started the game and the stats will reflect that.

Oh I see! Thanks very much for the help. I will be trying this at our next game. My wife actually figured out the editing of the players in the Pitch by Pitch on her own. Thanks
