Invalid customer id on iscorecast - HELP

Invalid customer id on iscorecast - HELP

I am in the middle of scoring a tournament and loggin into iscorecast states invalid customer number!! same code as listed on my iPad. Please help - many viewers watcing tournament on the web are not happy!!

The iScorecast is working fine when we try it. If you can email us at support@iscoresports.com with your customer ID, we can take a look.

I forgot to get back on once it started working. Seemed like about a 15 min window there and then started working again. As always I appreciate your timely replies and support efforts. They are 200% better than apps that are 10x the price!! Thanks guys.
