the email is correct. support@isocresports.com.
i am not sure of all the alternative ways to find a customer/device id.
will let FTM answer that . (perhaps is is embedded in the iScore_baseball.sqlite file but i am not sure)
If you have an old link to an iscore cast inyour web browser history . the customer id is in the url c=xxxxxxxxxx

Once you have copied the sqlite file off your device, there is nothing else needed. You can uninstall and re-install iscore. If you have ever emailed yourself a scorecard or stats, we can also find your customer ID from any email address you have emailed to as well.

I just emailed you the sqlite file from my iPad. Please let me know when it's ready so I an uninstall and reinstall my application.
