Updating play by play

I noticed that in the play by play that shows up for one of the games, it doesn't match my pitch by pitch. For example the pitch by pitch shows correctly that I put in a courtesy runner for our pitcher at first base. On the next play the batter did a sacrifice bunt and advanced the courtesy runner to second. However the courtesy runner rounded second and was picked off when the first basemen threw to the shortstop and tagged the courtesy runner out before she could get back to second. The Play by play on the website shows the courtesy runner being put in at first, but lists our pitcher as the one who was out trying to get back to second.

I also was trying to enter the other teams players on the fly in that game but then went back to the pitch by pitch when the game was over and assigned positions to the opposing teams players there and deleted the substitutions. The play by play on website still shows those substitutions. Do I need to resynch the scorecast to get the play by to be more correct on the website?

any time you change the device,and want the web to match....
you need to OPTION > EXPORT to update the admin/team server. and
GAME MANAGER > iSCORECAST SYNCH to update the iscorecast server
GAME MANAGER > EMAIL STATS to update the scorecard on web servers.

I thought I remembered reading somewhere on e-mailing the scorecard, I can e-mail it to my own e-mail address or someone elses. OR I could e-mail it just to 'web'? Is that last one an option or am I remembering it wrong?

Yes, you can email it to WEB and get the desired result.

OK, well I did everything you (ohio tex) said and the Play by play still has my midgame non-existant substitutions listed as well as the incorrect information on the courtesy runner. It is no big deal. I will just know to correct as much as possible before synching or e-mailing.

If the device is showing one thing in pitch by pitch and on scorecards, and the play b play on the web server is showing another, send a copy to support@iscoresports.com so they can investigate.

If you are saying, the play by play on the device is not matching your expectations. Review the pitch by pitch on the device. does it match your expectations? review the scorecard on the device, does it match your expectations?

Due to my father's continued health problems, never investigated this issue further.
