Adding a Photo to a Player Card

Post by Mizzou Matt » Mon Jun 27, 2011 1:19 pm

Where there be any reason that the iscore application kicks me out when I try and upload a picture to the player card?

No need to double post.

As I mentioned in other thread, a quality Internet connection is required when adding photos. Are you connected to intent when having the problem?

Beyond that, need to get into more specifics..
What hardware are you using, iPad or iPhone or ITouch? And are you on most current version of iscore? How large is the photo you are ha ing problems with?

I am on an I-Pad. I am using a T-1 line for my internet. I do not know the version of Iscore. Where could I find that? I believe it is a 12 to 14 megapixel photo. What happens is that it will let me upload to 1 player but then the next one I try, it kicks me out of the application.

on ipad iscore version is on the bottom right of the iscore app home screen (3.16.162)
the iOS version is in settings> under about menu (e.g, 4.3.3)

I have uploaded a few pictures, not many so not sure why this is popping out.

Does anyone know why this would be happening? I have tried everything. New pictures, re -syncing, exporting, importing, reseting the network. I am trying to send our coach year end stats using the player card and it looks better with the picture on it.

Are your pictures a large file size? If so, try saving the photos in a compressed version which will reduce the file size and then re-load. This can be done esily in microsoft office picture manager, and probably other photo editor software.

I think that is the only thing I have not tried, but I will give it a go.

I have not gone home to compress the pictures yet, but did find out that the picture file size that I am trying to upload is between 3 and 4 mb. That may be a little to big.
