That is the most recent... only remaining thing that we have no way of testing is the quality of the 3G connection. You can try running an upload bandwidth test to see if your upload bandwidth happens to be suffering badly on your 3G connection. The number of bars would not necessarily indicate the quality of a 3G connection. Searching for details of 3G connections on the internet, we find that
The 3G signal "by its nature, is extremely variable; that is, many things, such as obstruction by fixed objects (buildings, trees, etc.), weather, network load, cell tower locations, and time of day, can affect the quality of the signal."

Re: Export using 3G fails
@ giss1212 - no extra advice, but thought i would share my iPad1 3G test for you..
I just tried to do an export on 3G iPad1 and got " Unsuccessful message" from iScore.
I tested my 3G connection (i use a very good and simple free app called "speed test" ).
in addition to the expected low upload speed (not surprising), i got a high ping latency (poor quality connection)
(example Result = ping 438ms , Download 1.28Mbps Upload 0.16Mbps).
obviously the quality will vary by location. and I have not tracked the quality by location over time of my 3G connection over time,
(P.S. all else same, with wi fi on, export worked for me, and took less than 3 minutes for a 30+MB database, ,,internet connection ping 106ms upload 0.91 Mbps download 1.43Mbps)_

Re: Export using 3G fails
It varies for me. I usually have to try and export about 3-6 times before it goes through (when I'm having issues). It has never happened that after trying it so many times it didn't go through. It always goes through, just takes several tries.
And just to add more confusion to the subject, today I had not a single unsuccessful export out of two games.
This tells me it is entirely due to the connection.
Having said that, I have several parents and family members that follow the team each and every game without a problem. Not once has anybody said they were having any issues with the iScorecast. Wonderful little addition to the program that has become more and more used by the team (i.e. last year not a single person followed, this year I've had 17 people follow)!
