Why don't I have the "score a game" tab on my opening page

I am trying to learn the program but I am not able to do Anything because I don't have a score a game tab.

Any suggestions.

Go to Game Manager and tap the Add button. This is the same functionality as the old Score a Game Button on the front screen.

Tap game manager then tap the + sign to start a new game.
