Have you checked your download folder for the PDF. .. sometimes on mac safari, in other pdf downloads, i get a blank page in safair and it downloads the pdf to my downloads folder.

also in earlier post you said
.. mmm. Also, only one team listed for the team I'm trying to pull up...
What did you mean to say? only one Game listed for team or one player for team or what?

how many games for this former team? could you have deleated the team from team manager and created a second version?

Did anyone come up with a solution on this. I'm having the same issue. We have a tournament this weekend and I was going to print hit charts but I can't pull any up. I have exported and optimized and imported back. Went back to my.iscorecentral.com and went to Teams - click on the diamond but black/blank page pulls up for some and others has not responding and closing in error.................Any suggestions? :?

The opposing teams hit charts work fine on the Admin Website as long as everything has been scored correctly. The things to check are:

1. Make sure the games are Final (have "F" in the Game Manager listing). If not, go into the game and use Misc -> End Game

2. Make sure the players are actually in the Team ROSTER, and not just the lineup. Go to Team Manager in iScore, select the team, select Roster, and make sure all the players are there. If not, go to Game Manager, select the game, select Pitch by Pitch for the game, tap the Game Starts event, tap Edit next to Starting lineup, then for the correct team, select Options, Copy Lineup -> Roster. This will copy the lineup changes you made to the team back to the team roster. The players must be in the ROSTER, not just the LINEUP in order to appear on the hit charts on the Admin Website.

All my settings were correct. Figured out the issue is with a update with Adobe Reader - I can open at home where I have not updated but can't on my work computer. Any suggestions on what I need to change so it opens correctly?

Thanks - :-)

Maybe revert to the working version of Adobe Reader? or find out if Adobe has an update that fixes the issue? There are 3rd party PDF viewers as well --- many free ones. You can try using one of those if the Adobe Reader is broken on your computer.

I used to have this same issue. I just reinstalled Adobe Reader and it worked fine after that.

This is a very cool and useful feature. Why is it only on the admin page and not on the main website?

Not sure what you mean by the "Main Website". If you are referring to team websites, the Hit Locations for your team are available on the team website. On the main stats page, the Hit Locations link is at the top of the Stats view. If you are not seeing it, you may have it turned off. It is configurable by logging in as the Administrator for your site, and going to Settings, then Stat Selection. There is a checkbox at the top that says "Batting - Hit Charts" that you can toggle on or off.

I am guessing the question is "why opponent hit charts" are on ly accesible from the ADMIN website, and why opponent hit charts are not also accessible from the TEAM WEB SITE

The team website focuses on the team the website is for. As an example, if you go to the NY Yankees web page, you don't see the information for the Boston Red Sox. You can view the Box Score for a game between them which shows what both teams did, but the focus of the site is on the team the website is created for.

The Admin Website is an extension of iScore on the device, so shows all the information from your device. The Team Website focuses on a particular team.
